Agility Partners is seeking a qualified OS Platform Engineer III (Senior) to fill an open position with one of our banking clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to support and manage macOS environments in a dynamic enterprise setting. This role focuses on macOS integration, scripting, and administration, leveraging JAMF Pro/JAMF Cloud for efficient infrastructure management. Responsibilities:
- Administer macOS in an enterprise environment, focusing on JAMF Pro/JAMF Cloud.
- Create, test, and deploy application packages, scripts, and profiles for macOS.
- Provide hardware and software support for macOS devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across macOS and Windows platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute roadmaps and support integration efforts.
The Ideal Candidate
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience managing macOS in an enterprise setting.
- Expertise in macOS scripting, packaging, and infrastructure management.
- Hands-on experience with JAMF Pro/JAMF Cloud.
- Desktop administration and a solid understanding of networking concepts.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Familiarity with Zero Trust frameworks and Windows desktop administration.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft SCCM and PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with ServiceNow and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to read and analyze Windows and SCCM log files.
- Remote administration experience.
